In case there are still some readers to this site who think it's POSSIBLE that the media might NOT be deliberately lying to us, today's ridiculous double-talk should put those thoughts to rest.

U.S. stocks were UP based on "optimism about Greece", while ON THE SAME DAY gold and silver were down (supposedly) because "fear about Spain". Why weren't U.S. markets down because of fear over Spain?? Why wasn't gold UP because of optimism in Greece?

Obviously when we see the media DIRECTLY contradicting itself with nonsensical babble there are only two possibilities: deliberate deceit on mental defect. The reason why we can rule out mental defect is because there is a consistent PATTERN to the media's idiocy: it is ALWAYS pro-Wall Street and anti-gold stupidity - and never, ever the other way around.

Do not let this frustrate you. It is merely more evidence that we are the ones with the clear perspective on markets. Low prices CAUSE high prices. It was gold at under $300/oz which DIRECTLY LED to gold at over $1900/oz. It was taking silver to a 600-year low of $4/oz which directly led to $40+/oz.

The longer the bankers prevent gold from reaching $2000/oz the SOONER it will reach $3000/oz. The longer gold is prevented from reaching $3000/oz, the sooner it will reach $10,000.

The same is true with silver, except with even more certainty due to stockpiles being exhausted. The longer the bankers keep silver below $50/oz the SOONER it will go over $100/oz. The longer the bankers hold silver under $100/oz, the SOONER it will go over $500/oz.

The entire idea of dishing out honest financial news to millions of people over the television so that they can make money and manage their financies is utopian!

Imagine the amount of effort that it takes to run a MSM outlet, and all this for a pittance subscription fee ? when actual real wealth managers are charging loads to manage their clinets wealth. Sounds very fishy to me....

Samix, I have to laugh (at myself) in reading your remarks.

In fact, when I began self-investing as a newbie investor, I would eagerly tune-in to Canada's business channel to listen for the "experts" to give us their Top Picks.

One of the FIRST things I learned the self-serving nature of business news is that most of these experts call something a "top pick" when THEY (or their clients) are looking to SELL - not buy. Indeed, most "top picks" boasted charts showing that they had ALREADY gone on a run (and were thus ripe for a correction). In other words it was a FORMAL version of the pump-and-dump game.

Not all the analysts are/were like that. Some DID tell us about companies BEFORE they had begun to move. Unfortunately the frequency of those types of guests doesn't justify listening to all the shills.

Fortunately I tend to enjoy a little Beginner's Luck in things like this and managed to avoid self-destructing by heeding their advice. Indeed, one of my best investments (and favorite companies), Pelangio Mining (now Pelangio Exploration) was something I bought into SOLELY on the basis of listening to an expert describe Pelangio, and name it a top pick.

Here's the funny (and lucky!) part. At the time I bought my first shares of Pelangio I was torn between it and ANOTHER one of the "top picks" mentioned by the same analyst. However, I was pretty short on cash at the time, and the other company's share price was a little higher - so I ended up buying into Pelangio because its shares were 10 or 15 cents cheaper that day.

SINCE that time I've learned to be much more careful/diligent in making my investments (lol), but we ALL have to start somewhere. And while we can EXPECT to take some lumps in learning the ropes of our (rigged) markets, if you've earned any "Karma points" along the way then you might also get some Beginner's Luck to help through the learning process...

Samix, you must have forgot to read the small-print (printed around here SOMEWHERE): all BBC Karma points are "non-redeemable".

In other words, should one of our loyal readers be UNLUCKY in markets this does NOT provide them with a "cause of action" in our courts...

Samix,

You missed it.......

PROFILE VIEWS- "every 1,000 profile views; you will be REWARDED with Silver, 10,000 views GOLD, to be determined at the point of renewal".

At, 77 "karma points" myself, I always felt it was more about giving, than receiving.

But, PROFILE VIEWS, they add up.

Redeem now- while the price is cheap.
