Warrants:
Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one common share in the capital of the Company (each a “Warrant Share”) at an exercise price of $2.00 expiring at any time before 5:00 p.m. (EST) on February 13, 2011, after which time the Warrants will expire and become null and void
