Exeter Resource Corporation is a Canadian publicly traded company focused on the discovery, evaluation and development of mineral deposits in South America. Gold is and will remain Exeter’s commodity focus.

Exeter Resources has 8.7 million ounces of gold and 2.1 billion pounds copper as the current resource estimate for its Caspiche Property in Chile. 

The Company’s ultimate intension with regard to Caspiche is to negotiate a transaction with a major mining company, which will enable them to realize all or part of the value of the Caspiche discovery for the benefit of shareholders.

Thew Company has a very healthy cash position of $40 million.

Exeter Resources 3 Flagship projects : Caspiche,Cerro Moro,and Don Sixto.  

The Don Sixto Gold Project is located in Mendoza Province, Argentina. (Exeter has an option to own 100%). The Company announced a NI43-101 compliant estimate of 925,000 ounces of gold "measured and indicated", and an "inferred resource" of 334,000 ounces of gold.

For the Company's Cerro Moro gold/silver project, it expects to release a resource estimate in Q2-2009.
