Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Limited

Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Limited is a Canadian natural resource exploration company with a diverse portfolio of precious and base metals projects in high return, low political risk environments in North America and Australia. The company has high expectations for near-term low-cost production, is well financed and has little debt.  The stock is listed on the Toronto venture stock exchange under MSQ.V and pinksheets MCCMF.PK. The shares outstanding are 44,334,427, fully diluted are 49,752,848.

Mosquito’s primary focus is development of its Idaho CUMO deposit, one of the world’s largest molybdenum deposits with NI 43-101 inferred resource confirmed 2.89 billion lbs of molybdenum oxide; and its Nevada based Pine Tree project containing a potentially over a billion-ton copper/molybdenum/silver deposit - NI 43-101 near completion.

Mosquito holds four molybdenum projects in the United States. In addition, the Company is diversified with multi-element projects including significant gold plays.

Principal Projects:

CUMO The CUMO Property is a copper (CU) AND Molybdenum (MO) resource.

* Mosquito is focusing on a higher-grade core of 1.1 billion tons of ore containing: 2.1 billion lbs of molybdenum oxide, 1.5 billion lbs of copper, 68 million ounces of 

silver and 102 million lbs of tungsten.

* The core is contained within total inferred 43-101 Mineral Resource of 2.01 billion tons of ore containing 2.89 billion lbs of molybdenum oxide (moly), 3.41 billion lbs of copper, 149.8 million ounces of silver and 185.3 million lbs of tungsten.

* Only 20% of mineralized system has been drilled to date

Near term goals:

To develop and expand drilling underway to move resource category from an inferred resource, to indicated and measured.  Further to delineate the edges of the mineralized zone. Metallurgical study of ore is nearly complete.

PINE TREE

Pine Tree is a Copper-Molybdenum Deposit in Nevada

The primary target at Pine Tree is an over one billion tons of Copper/ Molybdenum/Rhenium porphyry deposit with potential gold, silver and tungsten by-products.

 * 2007 Drill intersections:

              Hole # 11: 1259.5 feet of 0.090% Molybdenite Equiv. (1.02% Copper Equiv.)

             Hole #12: 1102 feet of 0.101% Molybdenite Equiv. (1.14% Copper Equiv.)

* The property located between Reno and Las Vegas in the well-established  *Walker Lane Trend” mining belt

*Three drill rigs currently drilling with the goal of identifying a high-grade core

*43-101 Resource Calculation scheduled for late 2008

*Mosquito acquired 100% interest in Pine Tree in 2005
